I have owned this beautiful flour mill for a number of years, and intended to mill my own whole-grain flour and bake my own bread. But I have never found the time to bake! So I figure it's time to pass it along to someone who will actually be able to use it. It is a really, really nice vintage mill, and very well-made. The body is powder-coated steel; the stone and innner parts are in perfect condition, they look just like new. I don't have the original documentation; however I found a web site that was set up by an enthusiastic owner, who has created PDF documents of the Operating and Maintenance Instructions, Lee Flour Mill brochure, Notes on Use, and another 16 fliers, brochures and information sheets that originally came with this mill. These are free for download, I would encourage anyone who is interested in bidding to take a look (it's located at /Docs/LeeFlourMill/ ). I think you will be impressed!
