This is considered one of Lefton's rare pieces, and I can understand why. This bowl (candy dish) is white bisque with sponge gold around the outside ruffles. On the outer edge you have 2 applied pink roses with applied leaves and in the center of the roses are rhinestones. Then beside the roses sits a gold bow, applied, also with a rhinestone in the center. I have done alot of research on this dish and I do believe it was one of the earlier Lefton pieces from the 1950's. Unbelievabley this beautiful bowl is in Mint Condition. T might have been some gold loss around the ruffles but I could not say for sure. Even the applied flowers have sponge gold on their petals. The bowl measures a little over 6" and 2" in height. T is a gold circle around the bottom of the bowl. I can not say enough about this bowl. If you know anything about Lefton, or if you are a lefton collector it is not often you would find a piece like this, especially in this condition. The value is already t for this piece which means it will only go up in price. I guarantee all items I sell and I do not sell reproductions. At my expense, I pay for insurance at time of shipping.
