Entitled JESUS IS CROWNED WITH THORNS, the medal measures 1-3/4 inches in diameter and weighs ~50 grams. It is comprised of SOLID sterling silver and is stamped STERLING on its edge. This vintage silver art medal, while a great investment for its silver value alone, is also a very rare and limited edition piece of Medallic Art, issued by The Danbury Mint nearly 40 years ago.
