Really cute retro looking vintage tablecloth in good-very good condition. I see no spots but I always ask for a bit of wiggle room with older linens due to lighting differences. No rips, tears or frays. The material is medium weight and is strong as far as I can see. I launder all linens but I can't account for the life they lead before I got them so some residual odors may remain despite the fact that I have a pet free, smoke free home. Sorry but the following terms need to be stated due to a couple of bad apples, buyers remorse is not an acceptible reason for a refund so view pics carefully. I refund item cost and not shipping only in the case of gross misrepresentation (which I assure you I don't do).
