Our Dump Car is in Good, Gently Used Condition , having only a few minor scuff and use marks, as shown in our photos. There is no rust on any of the wheels. It does need a good cleaning. The box has minor scuff and storage marks and surface dirt and one end flap is torn and taped. The Dump Car comes complete with bags of Coal and the two black dump trays.
