This is a vintage children's book called The Story Of Little Black Sambo by Helen Bannerman, printed in the U.S.A. by the J.B. Lippincott Co., Philadelphia and New York. Inside it says it's the only American authorized edition. Not sure when this copy was printed, I think it's probably from around the late 1960's, it was gifted to me in 1971. Has a red hardcover and measures 5 5/8" tall by 4 1/8" across. Has mild outer cover wear, inscription on inside first page, and five pages have tiny dirty finger type smudge.
