Vintage Little Hostess' Set >> Description Up for auction today is a vintage porcelain tea set made in Japan. There is a set of 6 cups and saucers, 6 cake plates, an oblong plate, a tea kettle, a serving bowl, and the creamer and sugar containers. There are no cracks or marks on any of the dishes, as if they were never used. It is a white set with a blue-violet� opalescent� detail and flowers. Some of the dishes are marked on the bottom, made in Japan. The original box bottom is in good shape, but the cover is split in the corners and has some tears.
