Vintage Red Ensign of the LLoyds of London Yacht Club which was founded in 1938, this flag is huge, 51 inches high x 105 inches (nearly 9 feet) in length. The flag is at least 50-60 years old, has signs of age, use, some marks, fading and replaced fabric at the edge; no holes, rips or tears in either the flag or the silk ensign. The union jack is made of different bits of material in different colours stiched together the old fasioned way, the LLoyds emblem is made from separate bits of silk and stitched together. The flag is of course double sided and has some rope and a wooden toggle. Very rare to find one on the open market, you can only fly this flag is you are a paid up member of the LLYC, a piece of the clubs history here for sale a must have for the flag collector. Will send worldwide, will be folded and sent in a strong shoebox, please see the pictures of the actual flag below..................
