I was born in 1952 & these houses & accessories are from my childhood platform This lot is being sold "as is" no returns will be accepted so I will do my best to describe everything the best I can. Diner---In good condition---1 curtain is slightly melted as you can see in the picture---this is due to lights my father used to put inside every building to light them up. Hospital---In Good Condition---Missing 1 rear door Church ---Good Condtition---2 tops of the pointy sliders(1 in front & 1 in back) which sides slide into front & back pieces broken but building still firmly fits together---See picture Post Office---Good Condition---Broken light in front is included & just needs to be glued on---See Picture House---Good Condition----Has a slight melt mark on the roof probably due to light on Christmas tree being to close. Barn---Good Condition---Missing roof toppers Train Station---Good Condition---Missing signs or whatever was on top of roofs Accessories---Good Condition Shipping includes $50. insurance & Delivery confirmation
