First let me mention that I wiped this with a damp cloth per instructions. The streaks are because I didn't get it totally clean. Sorry. Didn't notice until I looked at photos. Just needs wiped down a little more and will be very nice. NO chips and NO cracks. This DOES work and LIGHTS up. First photo is turned on and lite up. The second I switched it off. There is a very long cord. I measured the cord length and is 90" long. The on/off switch is on the cord part way down. This is nice so you don't have to unplug it. When hanging on a wall,holes in back to hang on nails,you can just turn the on/off switch. This is pre late 1960's most likely, because there is NO zip code to the information on back of this. This is for Schaefer beer AND what I think is for the lottery. Or it could be for the bar its in private lottery? I never saw one until now. I'm not sure when the first Lotto came out. I'm sure you collector's would know better than me. I normally ask questions but the man I acquired this from couldn't remember. He was 80. He said he hadn't plugged it in for at least 20 years and didn't know if it worked. When I got it home I was pleased to see that it does work.
