A real find, this new-old vintage bottle of "Indiscrete" by Lucien Lelong, in its original box. The elaborate crystal perfume bottle was never used, has its original seal, and is in excellent condition with just a slight browning of the paper label underneath - the accompanying box is also in very good condition. A little information about the maker:Lucien Lelong's first perfumes were succinctly named A,B,C,J, and N and were intended to evoke a sense of mystery and romance, much like Chanel's numbered versions. The intricately crafted bottles, largely designed by Lelong himself, were inspired by fabrics, garlands, feathers and modern architecture and are still collected to this day. In all, Lelong created 27 different fragrances, including Indiscret (1935), perhaps his most famous perfume.Shipping $6 in the continental U.S.Launched in 1935, Indiscrete was a favorite of Marlene Dietrich and LaurenBacall.
