This is rare Vintage Lucite Iowa Bearing Co Advertising Paperweight. I is in good condition and measures approximately 4 3/4 x 3 x 3/4 inches. It does have the name John Mansheim on it, who did work at Sheaffer Pen Co in the 1960's. I recently purchased this item at an estate auction in Ft. Madison Iowa.
