Cast iron OC White lamp arm, also used on telegraph resonators. This is a very early arm, my guess is that it is about 1911. On one side, it says "Patd", on the other side it says "OC White Co Worcester MASS." And on the pivot there is a large cast W. It has green paint on it as you can see, I think the paint was originally gray but I cannot be sure. If you would like this bead blasted to remove the paint and leave a pristine surface, I can do that for $5, please ask when you win the auction. I believe this is "style D", please look at the photos and judge for yourself.
