Madame Alexander "Little Miss Muffett." 8'' straight leg, # 452, (1985-1986 white face), marked "Alexander" (Wendy). Miss Muffett is part of the Dolls from Storyland series. She is all plastic, fully jointed, can stand and sit gracefully. Her wig is of patented construction for durability and she has moving eyes with lashes. Her face has a soft China like finish. Her head is a bit loose and her pink hat made of felt has a few tiny holes due to storage, but the doll is fully capable of being displayed as shown in the pictures. Her limbs are not as tight as they should be and she may eventually need to be restrung but she is a perfect display doll as mentioned. She has never been played with, her box has aged from storage but the doll itself does not appear to show any signs of aging.
