This is a vintage gi joe or Action Man talking eagle eye figure. This one has very weird markings. Instead of the typical General Mills Palitoy markings, this one was made in Japan. I've owned many of these dolls, but have never seen another with these markings, as it has the vintage HASBRO logo on it. Very cool piece - His voice is VERY FAST. If you hold the string as it retracts, you can understand him...if you just pull the string and let it go, he talks very, very fast. Nice oddball figure. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 24 Hours, Please.
