This is a Vintage Siamese Cat ceramic figurine . It is made by Marston of California . It dates from the 1950's.They were in business for a short time, 1949 to 1959. It is made so that a glass fish bowl can sit on the stand with the cat staring down into it. I had put a round glass paper weight on the base and I thought it looked pretty neat having the cat staring at it. I guess you can be creative and use anything. This piece has no nicks, chips or cracks. It is in very good condition. It does have some minimal crazing. See pictures. It is signed on the bottom. Dimensions - Roughly 7" tall, 6.5" long, 4" wide. It is a very nice piece. Very Clean! It comes from a smoke free/pet free environment. Thank you for looking!
