Not mint, Shows Signs of age, Wear & Use. This does have damage. Noticed a crack on the Tip of the gun ( As shown in photos ).... I also noticed the plastic is bent/Warping on the front and back, All this is shown in the photos. Again not mint, But overall a neat Marx toy. Great display piece.... The handle falls off, That will need to be repaired.... *Please use the photos to judge the condition/grade of this item*.....* This item did windup , The key i used was not the proper size, So it was very difficult to get it to wind, but when i touched the trigger, it did make a shooting sound, It might not be fully functional, No key Included.... This item is still being sold As-is.... Needs some repair & TLC.* A few of the small red tabs on the handle to lock it in are snapped off, That is 1 reason why the handle tends to fall off *
