Vintage Marx Tin "Cities Service" Toy Train Tank Car. # 3553. Tank car is in excellent condition, complete with ladders & couplers. There is very slight rusting on the black top of the tank car. Original box is in fair condition, there is no end cardboard(picture #5), but the top, sides & bottom of the box are all intact. I ship out as soon as payment is made. I ship through Ebay with delivery confirmation & tracking number, either Parcel Post(which takes 2-9 days) or Media (which takes 5-12 days) unless Priority is requested. I charge actual shipping charges according to packed weight plus $1.00 handling cost. I always leave a note on the Ebay delivery confirmation page in regards to when item is shipped. For shipping overseas, under 4 pounds is first class with NO tracking number, over 4 pounds is Priority with tracking. I do not go through Ebay for overseas first class shipping, I take it to the Post Office. International buyers, I am not responsible for any foreign customs, duties, import taxes or any other charges. They are not included in price of shipping.
