1920s SCHAFER & VATER BISQUE PORCELAIN NOVELTY MATCH HOLDER & STRIKER. marked with the Schafer& Vater back stamp under base . This is a genuine Schafer & Vater figurine. These match holders were to be found on the bars in the early 20th century for the convenience of the patrons of the establishment, The match holder is just over 8cm in height, no chips or cracks or restoration. Nice item!
