You are looking at a vintage metal and enamel Evans lighter and ashtray or coaster set. The lighter stands about 3.5" tall while the 4 ashtrays/coasters measure 3" in diameter. The lighter appears to work though there's no fluid in it. Overall, the condition of this set is pretty good though there is some paint and finish wear.
