size 7.5 Mexican Jelly Opal on handmade silver ring setting. Ring weighs 5.7 gr, stone is 14 x 12mm. Made around 1971. I am listing many items that were my mothers. From 1969 to 1980 my mother was a rock hound. She did lost wax casting but bought blanks to set her stones in as well. She shaped and faceted most of her own stones and set them in various medium. With a few exceptions, most of the stones she used were the rocks she hunted for around the United States for many years. My mother now has a terminal illness and we are listing some of her items to help them during this difficult time.
