Vintage Mexican owl brooch in sterling silver with large faceted onyx stone belly and cabochon eyes. Nicely detailed design. Good vintage condition – although the locking mechanism for the clasp is missing. I have included rubber stoppers as a safety for the pin stem - Pin item to clothing, then slide white rubber pieces onto the pin stem, then clasp. If the pin stem opens you won't loose the brooch. I can't make out the hallmark – except for Mexico. Measures just under 2” x 1 3/8”. Weight is 18.1 grams. Payment is due within 5 days of purchase or auction end. All items come from a non smoking home.
