Sumptuous, scintillating silver … Dating to the 1980’s, the sleek, sophisticated design of this necklace is at once boldly modernist and classically feminine. Handwrought in sterling silver, it is composed of a central pattern of nine graduating silver sps, flanked on either side by four long and narrow tubular beads. Each sp and tube has silver wire going through its center, with terminating loops at each end that interconnect to the next bead. The graduated sps vary in size from 3mm to a 12mm focal bead; while the tubes, which lead to both ends of the clasp, measure 1” in length. Highly reflective, the necklace boasts a superb luminosity and luster, which make for a truly showstopping jewelry piece, as well as a distinctive collectible for display. Hallmarks: TN-36 ; 925 ; MEXICO {all within an incised triangle}. Dimensions: 18” in wearable length. WEIGHT: 37.3 grams. Condition: Excellent condition, with not dents, dings, or other flaws evident. The necklace closes with a push button v-spring and box clasp. ~ SUGGESTED READING BEFORE BID!
