2 old Vintage Sterling Silver Bracelets Both Mexican One is Taxco 2 old sterling silver bracelets. Both from Mexico. The bracelet with the carved black stones is marked in the center back with some sort of symbol, a name and then Mexico underneath. It is 7.5 inches long laid out flat. The widest sections are 1/1/8". It is marked sterling silver. One of the stones is missing from the end. The areas in between the stones and around the stones are embellished with "scrolls" and the 3 carved stone faces are set out upon large balls of silver. I do not know what the black stones are. Bracelet weights nearly 2 oz. I think that is approx 54 grams. Clasp is nice and tight. The TAXCO bracelet has what look to be flattened coins, (but may just be images in silver) set over copper, mounted in sterling silver. Each individual section is nicely rounded so it fits on your wrist comfortably. It is marked 925 sterling Taxco on the back. Probably from the 1930's. The bracelet is 7.5" long, laid out flat. No missing pieces. Needs cleaned. Weighs 1.3 oz., I think that is approx.36+ grams. I bought both of these bracelets approx 25 years ago at an estate sale. I have no idea how old they are (over the 25 years). Feel free to contact me with any questions. International buyers are welcome but shipping will be more. Winning bidders, please contact
