Our Seafood Market has finally slowed for the winter and we now have the time to devote to ebay. I could not believe my eyes when we saw this amazing drum set in a Maine attic last week. A sweet vintage Mickey Mouse Country Rock drum set. I dont know how to date this. As a collector, I am sure you will not have any problems putting a date to it. This is offered ar a $99.00 start bid with no reserve. What a deal!It consists of kick drum with original pedal, two smaller drums on the top and a cymbal. Unfortunately there are no drum sticks. The kick drum measures 18" across and 6.75" deep. Front and back have a cute country Mickey sitting on a fence playing a guitar. The outside has check pattern. The drums on the top measure 7" x 3" and 6" x 3" and are hollow on back. Those have check pattern on the outside as well. The part of drum that sticks hit needs to be cleaned and has crayon and pencil marks. The structure, springs, and rims are in very good condition. There is some scratches on it but very few. There is what looks like an old rubber band on the wire holding the cymbal on. The cymbal measures 8.75". As you can see, this was used. What kid would not love it! I will take the kick peddle and top drums off the frame for shipping.This is market fresh from Maine estate. It was purchased last week and has never been offered before. read more
