Incredible, large scale op-art mirror by Illinois Moulding Co./Windsor Art Products, makers of 1960s home decor. The original paper label on the back describes the piece as a serigraph and the design is on the reverse of the mirror. The concentric squares radiate out from a dark brown center in shades of pale yellow, mustard, ochre, and tan. The protective plastic coating still covers the silver-painted wooden frame, but it has sustained some dings etc. and will probably need touching up after the plastic is removed. The hardware is sturdy and intact. Please see the last picture to view some slightly "cloudy" lines which are not on the surface of the mirror and may exist behind. I will leave the piece as found rather than removing the backing and attempting a cleaning. Otherwise, the paint is unmarred and crisp.
