This is a vintage millinery hat block or form made of balsa wood. Suitable for making a great cloche style hat! My favorite!! What is so unique about this form is that t is a nice embossed Union Stamp on the bottom stating: United Hatter's International Millinery Workers Union Factory #15 T is also a world globe with clasping hands below. Written on the back is the numeral 22. This form measures 8" tall and 7" wide, the condition is very good, with no cracks or chips. Thank you for looking and happy bidding!
