Up for auction is this gorgeous vintage set of trays and coasters; there are 14 pieces total: 1 large serving tray, 7 medium snack trays and 6 coasters (the coasters are accompanied by a clear plastic storage case). The original sticker on the back of the large tray provides the following information: the MTM logo, the Elite Trays logo with the Great Britain Flags. Also gives instructions for care of the trays and the address of The Metal Tray Manufacturing Co, Ltd., 194 Goldhawk Road--London W.12 ((VERY COLLECTIBLE!)) I am unsure what the colorful design is called. The largest tray has one small scrape near the middle of the top surface and nominal wear and tear on the bottom. There are a couple of scrapes along the top rim...with the design and colors, these are actually not real noticeable unless you turn the tray around with various lighting. The medium trays are near mint condition, a couple of them have been used briefly?. The cork bottomed coasters show no real signs of ever being used. This is a wonderful set that would be a great addition to a collection or even to be used and enjoyed in your home! All items are sold as is; no guarantees or refunds. Thanks for taking a look and !
