Absolutely gorgeous, the design, the colors of different blues, and the shape, makes thisa beautiful set. the picture on the china is a beautiful scene, , the pattern is calledThe Brook, and the scene depict that, the plates have a beautiful scalloped edging.there is a poem on the back by Tennyson, that readsBy thirty hills I hurry down, or slip between the ridges, By twenty thorps, a little town, And half a hundred bridges.The set includes tea pot, measures 8 inches high, 5 inches wide, and holds 5 cups of liquidSugar w/lid, measures 3 inches high, 4 inch diameter, Creamer, measures 3 1/2 high, 3 inchesin diameter, 5 cups and saucers, and 6 desert platesThe set is in excellent condition, the cups have some tea stain on the inside,and one of the cups has a crack, could be service for four, but I wanted to include the cup.
