This is a nice Nancy Ann Storybook doll made of hard plastic. She has little painted white boots and I believe her costume is complete and all original. She is 5.5" tall. All her joints work nicely and her eyes open and close without problems. She is in excellent condition overall. There are no stains or tears in her outfit. Please email me if you need other photos after examining those below, or if you have questions. Postage by first class mail. For eleven years I took checks which saved buyers money and saved me money, too. I never had a bad check or a bad buyer. Apparently others did have problems, so here we are with a very expensive system which we all have to use. Too bad, but there it is. Please pay using Paypal within three days of close of auction. RETURN POLICY I make every effort to fully describe the items I sell. I provide lots of photos (including close ups) and do my very best not to mislead any buyer about what I am listing. In fact, I usually go overboard in describing any flaws in my items because I really don't want problems with buyers. Because of this I generally DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on my items. However, if you feel I have been unfair in some way with my listing description after you receive your item, or that I have missed a major flaw or problem, please email me immediately and we will see what we can work out. I try to be very careful but like everyone I will occasionally miss something or overlook something important. In general, buyers will have to pay postage on any return and any refund I make will be for the bid price only. I think my feedback indicates I have been fair to buyers. MAILING INFORMATION Please be patient. I go to the post office almost every day to post ebay sales items. You can always email me to see if your payment has arrived and if your item has been mailed. . I will be happy to let you know by return email if I have mailed your item. I keep receipts from my postal mailings and can always verify for you that the item has been mailed, and on what date it was mailed. Because of Ebay’s policies, I now have to charge you delivery confirmation on every purchase. This costs you 70 cents to 85 cents, depending on what level of service you want at the post office. There is no way I can avoid this charge because of the adversarial position Ebay has created between buyers and sellers. INSURANCE INFORMATION Here’s the new scoop on insurance. You do not have to pay to insure any item if you don’t want to. Ebay’s rules again. If you do not insure your item (always available as an option, and sometimes recommended by me–check listings for details) I cannot be responsible for its arrival at your door. If you insure your item, please see the information below for your responsibilities in making a claim should your purchase not arrive, or arrive in less than perfect condition. I recommend insurance on every item, particularly on anything fragile. I pack things very carefully and have had only two items damaged by the post office since I started selling on eBay in 1998. If your item arrives damaged, please DO NOT throw away the packing materials. I will send you the insurance slip and you will need to take the item and the packing to the post office and fill out the appropriate forms in order to collect on the insurance.
