Hi ebayers! I'm back again. (MY DAUGHTER HAD TWIN BOYS! All Prayers and warm thoughts accepted!) Contrary to popular belief, it's only raining and pouring cats. Dogs seem to just come when the cats fall out of the sky. Who you are bidding on is a WONDERFUL Nancy Ann Storybook (NASB) dolls called "Rain, Rain Go Away." Rainy is a frozen leg 5 1/2" bisque NASB doll. She comes with her WORKING umbrella! It is hand made by the Nana of twin boys! And two cats - the white one is felted. And two dogs. Rainy has a great taffeta dress. It has a pretty pink and blue flower pattern, an attached cotton slip. The bodice is blue taffeta and matches the blue taffeta cape that ties with a pink ribbon. She was carrying her cotton raining-cats umbrella when the cats started falling and the dogs arrived and you can see the trouble that ensued!Gosh those doggies are really barking! Then the wind hit and you can see Rainy forgot to take off the price tag on her dress. (It was a $1.50 at City of Paris! What a deal!) Then her umbrella got knocked away and thank goodness it was a light shower. I don't think could take any more of those cats!Don't worry. They're just actors. They really are great friends, you can see in the last picture.I think these good friends will make an excellent addition to your collection or they would make a great gift for a friend.
