Welcome to another auction by Jils-Uneek-Anteeks Vintage Sterling Silver Napkin Ring This napkin holder is made out of Solid sterling s ilver. It is heavy for it's size and clearly top quality. The upper and lower rims have a raised beaded design. I'll let my pictures do the talking for me on this one...absolutely lovely!! Monogram: none This was made by Towle Silversmiths out of Newburyport, Mass... started in business in the 1700s. Amazing! This one probably dates to around the mid 1900s. Measurements: Width: 1 5/8 " Height: 1 " Grams: 17 Marks: Horse inside a T, Sterling, 8661 Condition: Excellent condition... no d ents , bends, repairs, splits, etc. .. Don't wait until you have received it to say "well, I saw that you said wavy...but, I didn't know what that meant" or "I looked up the maker after I received my spoon and he was in business in 1855, not 1854". Please use your own reference material to determine the age/authenticity. Look it up before you bid, not after you receive the item. I may be getting my information from a different book, or I may have made a typo, or I just plain might be wrong. Errors on my part are never intentional, but they do happen ~ afterall, I am human :) On occasion I add to my descriptions, please check for additions at the bottom of this page before placing your final bid.
