Up for your bid is an old vintage National Biscuit Company Nabisco tin box. I spotted this item a few years ago at a parade of homes house w the decorating was done by antique/primitive designers and sellers. It was really something different! Along with trying to sell the house they also sold any of the merchandise in the house as long as you paid for it and picked it up on Sunday night! This tin box called out to me because of it's unique color and simplicity! I have no idea of it's age .. but It is in great shape physically ... although as you can tell from the pictures it has lived a useful life!! It does have scratches and dings! I would not have purchased the tin if it would have been in perfect condition because I enjoy the bumps and bruises of age and history that come with old things. This box measures 10 inches long by 8 inches wide by 7 inches high. It has a hinged top that works perfectly. On the inside of the lid t is a spot that is very silver compared to the darkness of the tin ... it is almost like someone tried to solder a hole ... although I can't see any hole on the top! T is a number 25 stamped in the middle top of the lid as shown in the picture.
