VINTAGE NATIONAL FINGERPICKS (2) ORIGINAL PAT. PEND. VERSION!!! SUPER RARE!!! THE HOLY GRAIL!!! Up for bid is A PAIR (2) OF ORIGINAL NATIONAL FINGERPICKS. These are the original PATENT PENDING VERSION. These are the very first version produced from 1928 until about 1940. They are stamped NATIONAL PAT.PEND. After 1940 they were stamped with a Patent Number and after that with a Patent Number and Made in the U.S.A. These are the rarest of the rare, highly sought after and very hard to find. They are universally considered The Holy Grail. When you do see them it is usually only one. I've seen them go for $300+ for one! You can't play banjo with only one. I have a matched pair up for bid.
