Visit our store: Ellis Antiques ! Offered here is a vintage US Naval lighter. It is embellished with a colorful enamel emblem on the front reading US NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE NEW LONDON. The lighter measures 1.25" x 1" and opened easily on its flip top. The lighter looks as if it has never been used, but needs a new flint. The bottom of the piece reads Trade Mark and Japan. The piece as a whole is in nice vintage condition- the body shows some scuffing, especially the back, but this in no way takes away from the beauty or integrity of the piece.
