Classic vintage large metal 2-sided industrial NEON sign from the early 1950's in complete, unassembled, RESTORABLE condition. This great marquee was saved over 10 years ago before it's building was demolished. PARKERS FLOWERS, of Mountain View, California. It includes working interior transformers, glass mounting brackets, and steel mounting tower. All neon glass is included, although several pieces are broken and need repair.The sign itself is in very good undamaged/undented condition. It will need repainting on both sides. All broken neon is depicted in picture # 11(with yellow glass). All other neon is working and needs final installation. I grew up seeing this sign lit up and it was gorgeous and stunning. It was a great fixture in the downtown Castro street area and very nostalgic. A family run floral company until the early 1990's. It has great potential. Restore to original condition, or modify to your specifications. It's dimentions are: 70x56x10 inches, and the tower is 78 inches tall(does not have to be installed on the tower to enjoy and will work on single side if desired). This historical item is very heavy(approx. 200lbs+), and is availible for PICK-UP ONLY.
