This is a 1950s Nichols Mustang 500 Cap Gun in a beautiful blue/gray finish with Stag Grips. Nichols made some variations of different finishes on the Mustang 500 besides the normal chrome they did some in gray some in black and some in this blueish gray finish. This one is my favorite of all of them. This cap gun came from an avid Nichols collector. I am reluctantly offering this one for sale. The gun fires great and looks like it has never fired a cap. It only has a small loss of paint the hammer and anvil where the hammer strikes the plate.
