Rescued from an Estate Auction When it hits ROCK BOTTOM, I rescue. Item Number:928 VINTAGE NIPPON PORCELAIN CHOCOLATE POT SET 4 DEMITASSE CUPS & SAUCERS, RICH, STUNNING NEUTRAL COLORS! Age guestimate is around the 1940's, an estate find. Cherished CHOCOLATE POT and 4 DEMITASSE CUPS with MATCHING SAUCERS. Was treasured in its past life, is ready to move on to a new owner and continue to delight current and future generations with its quiet elegance. Colors are exceptional, so rich, a neutral color palate, goes with any surrounding decor or color. Some minor gold gilt missing on pin striping and borders here and there, Examine the photos, they show the piece in all its glory. She's a BEAUTY. 3" tall demitasse cups - (4) total. 1 Chocolate pot 9-1/2" tall, 7" wide across handle to spout. 13" circumference around middle. Plates are 4-1/2" round in circumference. There are 6 plates in all, I am including the two additional plates with your purchase of the set for 4. Old pottery factory imperfections including pepper spots, bubbles in glaze, and minor color irregularities common to vintage porcelain is to be expected as normal for the age of the piece.
