Vintage Nogent style chef knife hand forged in France and sold by Williams Sonoma long ago. Blade is 9 3/4" long, 2" wide at heel hand forged stainless steel in excellent condition, blade is very full with no abusive treatment or sloppy sharpening. Edge is razor sharp and ready to go to work. Ferrule is nickel silver and the handle is European walnut, it must be mentioned that there is a tight hairline on one side of the handle. Keep it out of the dishwasher and you'll have decades of service from this classic French chef knife.Feel free to ask any questions.
