Rare! Vintage original NOSS (new old store stock) 'Mongoose' model car kit. Produced by Monogram, catalog no. 6763, made in USA, dated 1970/73. This 1/24th scale kit is of Tom "The Mongoose" McEwen's Plymouth Duster "Hot Wheels" Funny Car. This accurately produced kit features a detailed chassis and interior, realistic wrinkle wall slicks and colorful Hot Wheels decals. The Funny Car body also tilts up. Awesome box-top artwork! This kit has never even been opened, still factory sealed in plastic! Nice original box, all seams are good, bright vivid colors on the box top, remnants of the original price tag in the upper right hand corner.
