DESCRIPTION: This auction is for a Pre-WWII Remington Official Boy Scout Camp pocket knife and the accompanying Remington hunting or sheath knife. The pocket knife has bone handles and the Official Boy Scout Shield on the front handle. The master blade has the Remington bullet Logo stamp on the front tang of the blade (photo 9) and the number RS3333 on the back of the tang (photo 10). On the center of the master blade you can still faintly see some of the original First class Emblem etching (photo 11). The knife has a long spear master blade, a bottle opener with a screwdriver tip, a can opener, and a punch blade. The back of the knife has a bail for hanging the knife on a belt hook/loop or chain. The knife measures 3-3/4" tip to tip closed not counting the bail. The knife has been used. The master blade shows sharpening and stains - no rust. The punch also shows sharpening. All blades are tight and have a nice snap both opening and closing. There are no cracks in the bone handles. The hunting knife is in the original Official sheath and although shows use still remains in excellent condition, in my opinion. The front of the tang is stamped RH 51 and the back of the tang spells out Remington. Like the pocket knife this knife also faintly shows some of the original First Class Emblem etching on the center of the blade (photo 5). This read more
