Vintage OMEGA watch makers tool. Genuine OMEGA product. Fully stamped "OMEGA 104/2995". I purchased several of these from a retired watchmaker. These are for fitting and removing watch glasses,particularly the armoured type. Diameter across the jaws, is (unclamped down) approx. 31 mm. I have others listed. The top part screws down,this tightens the clamps all around the glass. In good working order.
