Vintage Opera Harmonica W/ Tin Case Made in W. Germany US-Zone Musical Instrumen.This harmonica was made by the MAX SPRANGER CO. in the U.S. Occupation Zone Germany, 1944. It is an Opera model in the key of C, with 16 double holes and 32 reeds. This harmonica has a red-brown stained wooden comb with metal cover plates attached to the top and bottom with nails. Accessioned with original metal box. The harmonica is stamped:OperaMADE IN WEST GERMANY
