6 Vintage Optical Lenses You are looking at an offering of 6 vintage optical lenses from old optometrist's trial lens sets, circa early to mid 1900's. Lenses are silver rimmed, and are in excellent condition - no nicks or cracks, some show normal patina and/or age, which adds to the charm. Some lenses may have markings from the original optometrist, again, adding to the charm. Lenses have different glass thickness, depending on the strength of the lens. Each lens has a small opening in the handle, making it easy to add a jump ring for all your jewelry creations. ARTISTS: These lenses will make the perfect addition to your mixed media, assemblage, altered art and/or collage creations; collectors of vintage optical paraphernalia will be happy to add these beauties to their collections. NOTE: The lenses you receive may have different numbers on the handles than those shown in the picture, but all lenses are from vintage optical sets, and all are in excellent condition. Since I do not claim to be an optometrist or antique lens expert, I'm going by what I've been told by the previous owners of these goodies: these lenses have been found at estate and private sales.
