Remarkably good condition for age. See photos. No odors. Appears complete.Original Sears, Roebuck & co. order blank inside. Also included is a sample fabric for a dark navy blue Chevoit suit. See photos.Measures 10 3/4 inches tall X 8 inches wide X about 1 1/2" thick. No loose pages. No odors. Been in the same family for many years. To the best of my knowledge, there are no missing pages.
