Domestic....If item sells for more than 100.00 Signature confirmation is required..cost is 2.35 and will be included in shipping cost. I ship one day per week.I live in the woods and town is a long ways away. I do not sell stuff on approval...or to see if you are Able to sell prior to returning said item.
