This is a vintage collection of Orrefors Glassworks signed and engraved glass which is most likely from the 1920's T are six small platters or dishes each with an engraving of a nude woman in a reclined position holding a flower. Each piece is signed along the upper rim of the glass. Each reads "Orrefors H 1595 A 3". The measure approximately 3 5/8" long by 2 1/2" wide by approximately 7/8" tall.The other two pieces are glasses which measure approximately 2 3/8" tall by approximately 2 1/4" wide.They are signed on the bottom "Of. N.1840 / A 7. O.". The motif is that of a woman with her arms crossed covering her breasts.All of the pieces are in very good condition. These are out of a Newport, Rhode Island estate..The book on Swedish glass will be included with the sale.This is a great opportunity to purchase this highly valuable and in demand glass.
