Welcome. Offered today is a vintage 1970's-1980's cookie jar. This measure approximately 11" long x 8 1/2" tall x 7" wide. It is marked and made by Otagiri, Japan and is a black and white cow. There were other black and white cow kitchen items that matched this at the time such as a napkin holder and soap dispenser. This ceramic cookie jar is in good condition with one pin head size nick near one horn and a shallow chip on the inside of the cover. Neither distract from the charm or function of the piece. I have enjoyed this for many years and now it is time for me to pass it on. Bid early and bid often so you won't miss out on this great cow cookie jar.
