This is a Great Otoscope in its Original Case. Made by National Electric Instrument Company, Long Island New York. It Runs on D Cell Batteries. The Case is Velvet Lined and Designed to fit this Otoscope and its Accessories. I see that there are spaces that are empty in the case. It looks as most are for light bulbs. It looks to be pretty complete. It works Great! It has the Ear & Eye Pieces. And there is also a Piece that Holds a Wooden Tong Depresser would be Used to Look Down a Patient's Throat.
