ClicPic ClicPic Gallery Software. Vintage Antique Oval Picture Frame Young Boy David Miller of Hagerstown Maryland Old oval picture frame with colored photo of a young man. From the markings on the back of the photo and the back of the cardboard backing we assume this to be David Houlle Miller assumed son of Mrs. I. Miller of Hagerstown, MD. This picture and frame were recently acquired in Painesville, Ohio should that help anyone with a genealogical interest. Plaster on wood. Convex glass is missing. The lower edge and left edges of the frame has 3 sections where the outer 3/16" wide plaster band has chipped away. 2 sections are 1 1/4" long and one is 5" long. They have been painted black so are not very noticeable. The frame measures 20 inches long by 15 inches wide by 15/16" thick.
